The experience includes a 5-night stay at the winner’s choice of destination, with options including Quintana Roo, Mazatlan, San Jose, Santo Domingo, Puerto Plata, and San Pedro with 4 Star hotel accommodations with brands such as Barcelo, Radisson, Marriott, Hilton, and boutique hotels.

Sunset Horizons
Hotel options vary across locations depending on seasonality, availability, and provider participation. No single property is guaranteed, and hotel options may change without notice. New providers are frequently added to offer additional availability for travel.
Winner’s Choice
Full terms and conditions for individual experiences included in the collection will be provided upon booking and are available upon request. All locations and package options are subject to availability and may be substituted or modified at the discretion of Auction Packages. Reasonable efforts will be made to offer comparable alternatives in the event of changes.
Package Redemption
Trip winners will receive an email within 15 business days after the event containing their redemption certificate number and instructions for accessing our dedicated Trip Winner Portal. The portal includes everything needed to begin the trip planning process, including important information, next steps, and direct communication with their dedicated Booking Specialist. Reservations must be made at least 60 days before travel and are subject to availability and property inventory. Travel must be booked within 12 months of notification and completed within 24 months. Once confirmed, reservations are final. Packages are non-refundable and may not be transferred or resold. Blackout dates include the weeks of Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year’s.
